Order Processing

All book orders are processed within 4–6 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges & Delivery

Standard delivery within India usually takes 10–12 business days.

International delivery timelines may vary depending on the country and courier partner.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email/WhatsApp.

Damages & Loss

We take utmost care in packing books securely. However, The Favourite Tales Publishers is not responsible for damage or loss caused during transit.

In case of a damaged product, please raise a complaint with the courier service immediately and inform us with pictures of the package within 48 hours.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure the shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, reshipping charges will be borne by the buyer.

International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
